Ingredients:

  • For the burger patties:

    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For the stuffing:

    • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tbsp diced jalapeños or pickles (optional, for a kick)
  • For the caramelized onions:

    • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • Pinch of salt
  • For assembly:

    • 4 burger buns, toasted
    • Lettuce leaves
    • Tomato slices
    • Pickles
    • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the caramelized onions:

    • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the onions, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes until golden and caramelized. Set aside.
  2. Make the cheese stuffing:

    • In a small bowl, mix shredded cheddar, cream cheese, and jalapeños or pickles (if using). Form into four small disks and set aside.
  3. Prepare the burger patties:
