- 2-3 tbsp honey, sugar, or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions:
Prepare the Lassi Base:
- In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, coconut milk, cold water, sweetener, and cardamom.
- Add rose water or ginger if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
