Zesty Mango and Lime Guacamole 🥑✨
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the avocados:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until you reach your desired texture (smooth or chunky).
Add the mango and veggies:
- Stir in the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
Season the guacamole:
- Add lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust:
- Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more lime juice for tanginess, salt for flavor, or jalapeño for heat.
Serve:
- Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and garnish with a few extra mango cubes and a sprinkle of cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or as a topping for tacos and burritos.

- Tropical Twist: Add diced pineapple or pomegranate seeds for an extra burst of sweetness.
